LOSING WEIGHT COMMANDMENTS

Here are some important commandments when it comes to losing weight and looking great:

Losing WeightLOSING WEIGHT #1) Focus on a Total Transformation, Not just on Dieting!

Remind yourself that this is not a short-term fix! You are modifying your behavior, and making personal changes for the long-term. You already know that in order to lose weight effectively, there is going to be a calorie deficit.     Your articles are great. I noticed the last one written was in May. Will you be writing more? Maybe one about enzymes or maybe I missed it.

    I listen to your Weds. telecasts, but can’t always get the information that fast and wonder if they are ever recorded. They also aren’t always clear so I need to hear them more than once.
