Top Industry Trainer, Income Earner and Icon Jim Lutes brings his Entrepreneurial Magic and Strategies to Ignite bHIP’s North American Expansion

bHIP: Give us a little background on yourself prior to joining bHIP Global and how did you hear about bHIP?

LUTES: I am a native San Diegan. Living here has given me the good fortune to be around all types of entrepreneurs from an early age. I can honestly say that I grew up wanting to be an entrepreneur. I started my first business at age 23 and learned the hard way what to do and what not to do. In my late twenties, I became fascinated with the power of the human mind and studied hypnosis. I soon became one of the top hypnosis and subconscious experts in the country. Through this process, I learned first-hand, in an up close and personal way, why some people succeed and others fail. When I attended my first Network Marketing presentation here in California in the early 90s, I saw a platform where virtually anyone had the opportunity to engage in the free enterprise system and become an entrepreneur. I fell in love with the industry and over the last 20 plus year I have become one of the Top Industry Trainers, a Top Distributors and Income Earner in multiple ventures and even a Company owner. People say I’m a legend and icon in this industry. I wear that title with pride, but nothing brings me greater joy than to share what I’ve learned and help others achieve the greatness that truly lives in all of us.

bHIP: Why did you decide to join bHIP?

LUTES: I’ve been in the industry a long time. I know what works and what doesn’t. Having the depth of experience that I have, I was able to assess bHIP from truly every angle: from Ownership and Management to Products and Timing. I also looked at some of the “intangibles” that contribute to a Company’s potential for success and bHIP has something no other company has. With distribution access in more than 40 countries and with multi-million success in the International sector you have the stability of an established company, with a ground floor positioning and opportunity as the focus on expansion in North America. Few, if any competitors can duplicate what bHIP is doing. Our unique positioning is truly what separates bHIP in a BIG WAY from the pack.

bHIP: How long have you been involved with bHIP and what has been your experience with the bHIP Opportunity so far?

LUTES: I joined bHIP in September 2012. I have known the North American President Ray Grimm for many years here in San Diego. Knowing that the US and Canadian ship would be steered by him and his team was a major factor in my decision. I’m the kind of person that knows when a decision is made, then at the same time you must decide to move forward quickly on that decision. Activity in this industry is like gunpowder. You condense it into a small space and it explodes. Take the same amount and spread it out it fizzles. It’s been a tremendous experience in only a short time. I’ve reached out to other top performers in the industry and they see what I see. We are just getting started, so it’s like an ember, just waiting to become a blaze.

bHIP: You’ve been extremely successful in Network Marketing. What’s been the key to success for you?

LUTES: The key to success in Network Marketing for me has been my background in people and how they think. The fundamentals of the business are actually very simple. It’s the internal fears and impatience that hold people back that need to be addressed. People need to understand you are building the Casino, not pulling the slot lever. By creating a culture of empathy and support you now have an open door to teach, train, empower and grow your team. Focus, discipline, commitment and vision are critical components to creating a team and culture where every individual can thrive.

bHIP: What do you like most about bHIP’s Comp Plan?

LUTES: bHIP’s Comp Plan is innovative in a couple of ways. First, it’s seamless. You can have a business of your own globally in more than 40 countries in minutes. Even more exciting, is that the bHIP Comp Plan already addresses something called Lag Time, a huge reason why people give up in this industry. People are exposed to so much these days that they develop a false sense of how long it takes to grow a downline, preceded by learning how to build it. The expectations are not in alignment with reality many times. bHIP: What has been your experience with the bHIP Products so far?

LUTES: They are not only tremendous, each and every Product is category-defining. If I had to pick my favorite, it would be the DNA Repair System. These three products are literally turning back time for me. I look younger and I feel younger, too. The results speak for themselves. The real beauty of the bHIP Product line is that any of our Products are unique enough to drive your business in whatever direction you choose.

 bHIP: What are your goals for the future and how do you see bHIP helping you achieve them?

LUTES: My goals are to grow a team of people,  so that each person that joins me can grow thier businesses and lives. I’m really excited to do some traveling and meet new friends, which is so easy to do with bHIP Global being a more than 40 countries. I can truly do my business anywhere in the world. Not many people can say that. The income I produce along the way will be my barometer as to whether or not I am engaging in the proper activities. The same is true for those reading this. The financial upside here is enormous for all of us who see the vision of where this company is headed. The most important thing for me is to have fun along the journey.
