<p><strong>BODHD:</strong> Give us a little background on yourself prior to joining BodHD and how did you hear about BodHD?</p>
<p><strong>DR. KOPIN:</strong> I am a registered Naturopath Practitioner through the Registry of Naturopathic Practioners. I am also a board certified Naturopathic Alternative Practitioner through the Alternative Medical Association, and a member of the American Naturopathic Medical Association. In addition, I am on Congressman Paul Ryan&#8217;s health care advisory board, and I am also a licensed Dental Hygienist and a Board Certified Orofacial Mycologist. As a Naturopathic Practitioner, my Alternative Health practice and delivery model is designed to provide affordable prevention and wellness care plans to all and to educate the consumer, business and community, and is a made up of wellness practitioners, doctors, coaches and educators. My own severe health issues have shaped my approach to providing overall well-being solutions, and ultimately is the reason I became a Naturopath. In my thirties, I was diagnosed with unexplained MS symptoms, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, cancer, depressed immunity, heart problems, poor memory, fevers, chronic sore throats, herpes simplex, Epstein-Barr and allergies. While conventional medicine provided diagnosis and pharmaceutical treatment, I remained ill. After consulting with a holistic physician, and chiropractor, I found out I was exposed to heavy metal toxins in a past work environment. Through natural care and alternative treatments, I was able to resolve all my health issues and continue to live a healthy, vibrant life today helping others as a Naturopathic Practitioner. When I heard about BodHD and tried the Products, I knew I had found the perfect nutritional match for my health practice and patients.<br />

<strong>BODHD:</strong> Why did you decide to join BodHD?</p>
<p><strong>DR. KOPIN:</strong> BodHD is different from any other company I have ever seen. BODHD:</strong> You&#8217;ve been extremely successful in BodHD in a very short time. To what do<br />
you attribute your early success?</p>
<p><strong><a href="http://www.bodhd.com/2012/05/a-natural/kopins-2/" rel="attachment wp-att-3588"><img class="alignright size-medium wp-image-3588" title="Kopins" src="http://www.bodhd.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/05/Kopins1-300x259.jpg" alt="" width="300" height="259" /></a>Dr. KOPIN:</strong> I’ve spent my whole life working and have been very successful. What’s amazing to me is how, in such a short time, I have received more rewards and money from BodHD than any other endeavor for simply doing what I love to do, which is help people. One month after starting BodHD, I was on a plane with my husband to Las Vegas compliments of the company. To say I am impressed is just not enough. I think my success is a result of the outstanding leadership in BodHD.  For anyone with a burning desire, like I have, to be successful we have tremendous coaching and systems that work. The leadership at BodHD leads by example and it’s inspiring to be around positive, great people who value innovation, freedom and opportunity. The culture at BodHD is everyone helps everyone – One Team, One Dream. All I can say is the HD Wellness Revolution is just beginning and I, along with everyone else at BodHD, plan to be part of the momentum!</p>
<p><strong>BODHD:</strong> What has been your experience with the BodHD Products?</p>
<p><strong>DR. KOPIN:</strong> My experience with BodHD’s Products has been perfect!  BodHD offers Products that are not only innovative with its use of Whole Foods, Super Foods and Enzyme/Probiotics, but are highly effective and affordable! I’ve used and tried a lot of Products, and in my professional opinion BodHD has the best of the best. Life for me as a health professional has never been easy, one obstacle after another for 30 years.  Don’t get me wrong, I love what I do, but I would like to have enough security and income, to just slow down a bit over the next  5 – 10 years.  I really want to spend time with the people that I value and live without debt. I see my High Definition life being one where I can purchase a simple cozy home in the country by a lake, go on at least one amazing vacation per year,  have the time to go on some family mini-retreats, and continue to help others in need. Everything about BodHD is designed to help someone like me achieve my goals and I am so thankful that I found it. The timing couldn’t be more perfect!</p>

<p>Every once in awhile, as you are perusing through the grocery store, you might stop and ask yourself what that awful looking vegetable or fruit is, or how anyone could ever eat it? Well in my personal opinion if the vegetable looks weird, and you have never tried it, chances are pretty good that you never will. This is shockingly your first big error when trying to lose weight. All too often I see people who become trapped in what I call the <strong>boredom-binge cycle</strong>. This consistent repetition of the same old foods limits your ability to try new and, perhaps, great tasting things. This over time creates boredom and resentment, all of which end in a grand finale of binging. The only means to an end of this evil repetition is to (you guessed it) actually try that weird veggie or fruit! The more options you give yourself when experimenting with strange fruits and vegetables the less likely you will be to become stale in your new found health journey.</p>
<p>Another more important reason to try new fruits and vegetables, and it&#8217;s really important especially when losing weight,  is the potential of not obtaining enough essential vitamins and minerals. When you restrict your calories and severely limit the types of food groups you eat, chances are high your Recommended Daily Allowance for these nutrients are not being met. This of course leads to cravings, and undoubtedly a grumpy, un-energized mood. Not exactly the best conditions for weight loss right? By broadening your range of various unique fruits and veggies you in turn are building an internal nutrient check list that will up the chances of your weight loss goals being successful this time, and of course in general feeling happy, energized and motivated to do so! However, due to soil depletion there are less and less vital nutrients in the foods we eat; therefore, I urge everyone to take a multi-vitamin. But not all multi-vitamins are a like or effective.
